Sarah M. Eggerstorfer is a board-certified nurse practitioner specializing in advanced heart failure, mechanical circulatory support, and cardiac transplantation. She has worked in healthcare since 2010 and is double board certified in Adult-Gerontology Acute Care and Primary Care. Sarah earned her Master of Science in Nursing and Master of Public Health degrees and has achieved recognition through the Heart Failure Society of America as a Heart Failure Certified Provider.
