They are very efficient and friendly

The Dr needs to spend a little more time with me. Total time spent maybe 5 minutes. It would be nice if they asked us if we have any questions for them at the end.

I feel he did not understand how important I felt about my dental surgery

I was impressed that Dr DeSouza remembered me from my last visit, since it was over a year ago. He listened carefully to why my primary Doctor had referred me to him. Newly concerning symptoms have arisen that my primary Doctor felt would be better addressed by Dr DeSouza.

Front staff have bad attitudes. Not very welcoming. Dr didn't explain to me that labs were needed or given instructions on how the medication prescribed was supposed to be taken. I had to call later after finding out myself I needed labs done & that medication was needed to get a test done. Lab paper wasn't given to me. I had to go out of my way to drive out there on a later date to pick up lab slip for my appointment. Very unorganized

I've always got the best of care from this provider and everybody in the office is very respectful and if I call they return the phone call thank you

Dr. Desouza is an Excellent Doctor. I've been a patient of Dr. Desouza for 4 Yrs. He is the only Doctor that diagnosed a cardio vascular condition that I didn't know I had. If it wasn't for Doctor Desouza's expertise I would have died 4-years ago. I have highly recommended this Doctor to Family and Friends.

The staff are very helpful and always available. They make the office visit comfortable and inviting.

Very professional. He reviewed my test results quickly. Nothing specific. I did ask about one in particular. He answered briefly which was rather vague. Nothing stood out that was an irregular result that I could tell. Routine visit it seemed from him. I was with him approx 5 mins or so.

I waited 3 hours in a waiting room with door closed until I had to open to make sure they knew I was there, Doctor comes in with a sorry excuse about my wait, I almost walked out because of wait and then Doctor saw me for like 5 minutes, he couldn't get out fast enough.
