About Kimberly Ann d. J. Grava
Kimberly Geraldez, AGNP-BC, is born and bred Angeleno - a native of Los Angeles. As a child, she was always interested in pursuing a career in the medical field. With a desire to help people in health care, she decided that nursing was the path that she wanted to pursue. After 8 years of working in and being exposed to the Telemetry Department, she found a passion working with cardiac patients.
As a nurse practitioner, Kimberly enjoys working collaboratively with physicians to provide holistic individualized care for her patients with an emphasis on patient education, risk identification, and preventative care.
