She changed my med, based on the "side affects" I was experiencing, which were the reason for the visit. I entered my "vitals" into the Patient Health Portal. The Clinician followed those inputs and phoned me several times to check on my condition and to make further adjustments to the meds. She ordered add'l blood tests and a follow up physical appointment. Excellent care!!!
