The provider is good, but after my heart attack I would have liked faster follow up and seeing a doctor that I have already established care with, not someone who is new and I have to tell everything all over again. I have seen so many different cardiologists and I would like to just see one.

Very professional

This was my first time with this provider. The experience of being asked questions which lead towards my personal health were both varied and in depth. This has been my experience with EACH provider who has been knowledgeable and personable in all my encounters. What can I say? Both my parents lived until 74 while the Providence Medical Group has moved me past 84 years old.

She did schedule tests. But did not see the seriousness or urgency of the situation.

Excellent throughout

Dr. Emily was very aware of my medical condition& recommended 2 tests& perhaps then a surgery. She explained how the tests would be done and a little about the possible surgery. She was very clear with great examples about the problem I have. She listened well to my concerns& asked me if I had further questions. An excellent provider, knowledgeable, professional, friendly. I felt she really understood my health history. She explained the test she was giving me the results of in a clear and concise manner. She made the results easy to understand. I really like this provider and I would recommend her to anyone.

The professionals are very attentive and competent.

She was caring and thoughtful and seemed to both know her stuff and who to seek more care from and who to refer to. The only negative was the Rx she was supposed to send to the pharmacy never got to them.
