I LOVE DOCTOR JIRAS!!!!

This PA was very thorough and helpful.

Aileen was extremely knowledgeable, detailed in her explanations and a great listener at the outset of the appointment. Though I know she had many appointments after mine she did not give the impression she was hurried in her response to my particular complaint. In addition her suggestions to alleviate the problem have greatly helped.

Aileen Jira is an excellent provider of healthcare. Her attention to detail is incredible. She has a tremendous depth of knowledge in the field of cardiac medicine. I am very happy with comprehesive ability to deliver the best medical care possible. I am a retired specialist in Internal Medicine. I consider myself a true judge of the ability to deliver medical healthcare.

The PA that I seen, she was very thorough. Very caring. She took time and didn't rush. She really cares for her patience.

This was a follow up visit after my hospital stay. My only concern was that the discharge paperwork from the hospital did not include if a follow up appt. With my cardiologist office was necessary or not. Therefore, we sent a message to my cardiologist office via this portal to ask if I needed to follow up with my cardiologist. This is how I found out that yes I needed a follow up appt. But aside from that, I am very pleased with my cardiologist services. Thank you!

The PA was excellent!! She addressed all of my questions and concerns and was very thorough.

I met with Aileen Piras to discuss the results ordered by my cardiologist. She answered most of my questions before I could even ask them. She was very comprehesiveable and put me at ease. She was well-versed with my health challenges so little time was wasted. She is one of the best caregivers that I've interacted with over the past 15-20 years that I've been a patient of St. Jude Heritage. That is significant because I've been pleased with the care I've received during that time span.

This visit clarified some health issues

This provider was and is a good listener, patient and explains procedures in regular terms that non medical people can can understand.

The patient is my mom who has alzheimers and the provider took the time to explain my moms condition, options and treatment plan to me in English but also to my mom in Spanish even though she knew mom likely wouldn't retain or totaly comprehend. Mom did acknowledge and pointed put when we left that the provider was very attentive and took the time to explained everything very well and mom was very impressed that she was bilingual and fluent in Spanish.

The clarity of explanations and advice given was extremely helpful. I don't think I've ever had anyone who communicated complex issues so well. This was the first time I had seen this provider & I was so very impressed by her knowledge, compassion & helpfulness.

PA was very thorough and explained things in an easily understandable way. Based on my age and condition, I think I should be seen more often; not just routinely once a year.
