This visit was a follow-up with the nurse practitioner to go over the results of my echocardiogram and other tests related to my heart. I had never met the nurse practitioner before and it was scheduled quite some time after the initial test that would be my reason for an eight instead of a 10 the office runs smoothly but it does feel a little impersonal that assistant that took me back into the office and did my initial check-in to the room was excellent. She would get a 10 out of 10 the rest of the staff and the provider didn't do anything wrong but there With no kind of special encounter, Again they didn't do anything wrong. The information that I needed was relayed to me and the nurse practitioner was proactive and informative regarding medication.
