Dr Suk and his staff continually provide unquestionably excellent care. With my condition stabilized, office visits are now fairly, and reasonably, short but complete. I never have to wait other than a reasonable time to get answers to my healthcare questions (i.e., if I ask a question over a weekend, I do not expect a response until Monday or Tuesday; otherwise, my questions are usually answered the same day). Dr Suk is an amazing and caring doctor; I wouldn't be here today without his excellent medical and personal attention.

All good but survey does not address communication through the app which I use regularly. I answered no to questions about phone calls but I did communicate through the app messaging feature effectively. Dr. Suk always responded promptly and throughly.

Dr Suk went out of his way to talk to my lima peru cardiologist while I was a patient having possible heart issues during travel to high altitude in Peru. He said the cardiologist in Peru was equiped to investigate any residual heart problems I had. I decided that I would rather have Dr Suk do the follow up, so I was air medivaced from lima peru to Mission hospital emergency and Dr. Suk came to see me and decide on a plan to investigate a heart stent he had put in about 4 years earlier. I had the procedure that afternoon and was home that evening.Much to our relief, the stent was fine and my other heart symptoms were declining. Dr Suk said I was good to go on another trip to Amsterdam that we had scheduled. Trip went fine, but I had other adverse reactions which resulted in another trip to the emergency room in Amsterdam, followed by a second episode when I got home. Dr. Suk and others are still investigating my brain and heart for a cause of the problem, and have traced it to being a heart or circulatory problem. Currently have a heart monitor for 30 days. Two weeks left. No further mini stroke symptoms while monitored. Will return for more information from Dr. Suk after heart monitoring is complete.
