Everyone at this office is amazing!!!! Every time I have an appointment, they have been so kind and caring. Dr. Suk is an amazing doctor. Very knowledgeable and friendly.

Dr. Suk interacts with me in a very professional yet friendly matter. I'm in an unusual situation because, even though I've had an MI, I'm in very good health. I walk a mile every morning, train for and run half marathons, and use the elliptical PRN on "Rest" days. I have confidence that Dr Suk will be there and I'm glad to have him as my cardiologist.One issue I will point out recurs when I'm roomed to see Dr Suk as well as <every> other appt I have-the only parts of the standard BP protocol that's followed is that the cuff is put on my arm and I put my feet flat on the floor. The nursing staff at Providence is very courteous and friendly so there's a good level of patient-calming banter but a question from a nurse invites a response from the patient, right? So that will tend to invalidate the results. Walking the patient into the exam room and <immediately> putting the cuff on is not "wait 5 minutes". At 6' 1", I'm a bit taller than most people so the cuff is not at the same level as the heart. There aren't many steps to taking a BP reading correctly but I can't recall my BP ever being taken correctly. I use a Garmin BP cuff regularly. My early morning reading (7:36 AM) on the day of my visit with Dr. Suk was [ID] at 54 BPM and my reading at [ID] was [ID] at [ID], the reading that was taken by the nurse was 140 on the systole but I don't remember the diastolic reading. White coat syndrome? Could be, no question of that. Second reading taken? Nope. And, ironically, after being roomed, I sat in the room for ~20 mins before Dr Suk was able to see me.

Dr Suk is an intelligent, knowledgeable, genuinely caring physician (Cardiologist, specifically). I trust him implicitly with my cardiac issues, and respect his input on other, personal, health matters. He is also an excellent teacher/lecturer.

I had open heart surgery 3 years ago - I would like the physician to discuss the risks of having another heart attack with me and what I need to do to reduce that risk more. It seems they only answer questions instead of proactively initiating the information.

I needed a procedure quickly and I was accommodated.

I went in about heart palpitations and he suggested a heart monitor because I am confined to a wheelchair. I left pitot the monitor and no one has called me regarding the mistake. That was 8 days ago. I guess I will cal them.

Dr. David Suk is one of the best physicians I have had throughout my medical history. He listens, pays attention, offers great advice, and makes sure that I continue with the therapies best suited for my situation, including making small adjustments as conditions warrant. I really like Dr Suk a lot .. I had a very rare tumor in my heart called a Myxoma and had to have open heart surgery .. I was surprised and disappointed that he didn't listen to my heart at my last appt.. After all he is my cardio dr and that is something I'm concerned about if my heart sounds good or not ..

Dr Suk and his staff continually provide unquestionably excellent care. With my condition stabilized, office visits are now fairly, and reasonably, short but complete. I never have to wait other than a reasonable time to get answers to my healthcare questions (i.e., if I ask a question over a weekend, I do not expect a response until Monday or Tuesday; otherwise, my questions are usually answered the same day). Dr Suk is an amazing and caring doctor; I wouldn't be here today without his excellent medical and personal attention.
