Dr. Pan was prepared for my visit. He gave eye contact and listened to my concerns. He had my medical records ready and this time he was using AI so he did not look at his computer the whole time. I could tell he reviewed my medical records before entered the exam room. Overall, I had a good experience for this visit. Thank you.

David Pan, MD and staff are highly professional and the MarketPlace facility on Jamboree Rd is very convenient and clean

The first two times I saw him he gave me very little time and told me he had 10,000 patients, and barely listened to my concerns about overmedicating. As a result, I had a reaction to the meds he prescribed and had to see his medical assistant. The third time I saw Dr. Pan, he was much more cooperative and helpful.

Every appointment he asks me about taking magnesium and I have to remind him I am based on his suggestion. Makes me feel like he isn't really familiar with my chart/my needs.

I receive very good care...dr. Pan is my cardiologist and I see him everyb6 months...no emergencies...so far so good

Dr Pan was friendly and kind and answered my questions about a certain medication that was recommended by my primary care physician. He also referred a billing question to the office manager and I'm still waiting for an answer to that question.

Regarding my [Date] visit with Dr Pan, after the staff took my blood pressure I waited a long time in the exam room for him to come in. When he came in, I tried to shake his hand but he didn't shake my hand. He also doesn't remember that he stopped my Simvastatin meds and changed it to Rosuvastatin. All the visits with him were very rush not just this visit so I didn't get a chance to ask my questions. He logged off on his computer before I got a chance to ask questions. He didn't even ask if I have any questions. Waiting time is longer Than the visits. I wanted to change to a new cardiologist that care and can spend time with me and not rushed through the visits. Thank you.

I have heart problems, diabetes, and high blood pressure. Due to my new health insurance, I'm having trouble getting approved for my medications. On top of that, I'm worried about the world around me. When I visited the doctor, I was asked, "What's wrong with you this time?" I thought, should I answer "I'm okay, nothing's wrong with me." I understand that the doctor has 30 years of medical experience and heard and seen many patients with similar issues to mine. I also know that with 10 years of military experience and 26 years of [ID] experience, when I was dealing with soldiers, civilians, and detainees, I always listen to what they have to say, even if I heard those issues many times before. I have no intention of changing doctors.I believe in giving anybody a second chance.

Dr. Pan is an excellent doctor with a lot of knowledge. He is also very personable which is a great trait to have in the medical field. His nurse was very friendly and professional as well. I feel like I matter to them.

Dr. Pan is an excellent provider. The location is easy to get to and the receptionists are helpful. I wish there was an urgent care there. It's difficult to make an appointment with the current ones and the locations are inconvenient to the Tustin area.

I had been experiencing symptoms since I was a child, and was never able to get diagnosed. I recently moved and decided to try out a cardiologist in the area. I Explained to him everything I've explained to my previous cardiologists, neurologist, drs and right away said I may have some condition, he set up a test and confirmed the cause of my symptoms. So happy to finally have a "diagnosis". Dr pan was great and very knowledgeable
