I like that Ray, Dr. Michael Chan's PA, asked my permission to record my conversation with him, so he could do his clinical note later. By doing so, I felt like the PA listened while I was talking. I like this idea better compared to while the patient is talking, the doctor (or the PA) is typing his clinical note.

Dr Rey is a PA working under the direction of Dr Mahon. He was patient and listened well. I have a little hearing issue and it was sometimes hard to get beyond his accent and dialect. This follow-up was arranged by Dr Mahon and Dr Rey provided me with the information I needed.

I'm a new patient and so far I'm receiving good care with my recent medical issue.

I needed medical clearance for an upcoming procedure requiring anesthesia. I received a fairly quick turn around time, two weeks or so from the time I called the office. I could not see my regular cardiologist, so I elected to see his PA. I was treated very kindly and all my questions were answered. In addition, I was scheduled for a follow up visit as I have not had a check up in two years.

Rey was very efficient and kind. I was in and out within 20 minutes which isn't usually the normal at a Drs office
