About Thomas C. Kim
Dr. Kim is an invasive, non-interventional cardiologist with a special interest in non-invasive imaging that includes subspecialty training in echocardiography (including intraoperative transesophageal echocardiographic imaging) and nuclear cardiac imaging. His expertise also includes primary and secondary prevention of coronary heart disease, arrhythmias and valvular heart disease. He is the medical director of non-invasive cardiology at St. Joseph Hospital and has been recognized as a 2010 Physician of Excellence by the Orange County Medical Association and Orange Coast Magazine. Dr. Kim is accepting new general cardiology patients.

As if he is "above" discussing treatment approaches with a lay person. It is very off putting but I am not ready to drop him for this because I do feel he is a competent doctor and he does not "push" his treatment on me but allows me to decide whether to follow his advice. I just wish there was more open dialog with him.

And his response was go. Very very disappointed and very poor care I will never go back to Dr. Kim and will never refer any of my family and friends to him.
