Toni M. McFadden, NPC

I had never met Toni before. She was engaging but when I read her After Visit Summary, she included details that weren't even mentioned during our visit that were not true. She seemed to imply that my complaint was perhaps due to another, completely unrelated disorder that I have. It is not. I had already checked with my provider for that disorder. In fact, that provider was the one who insisted that I check with Cardiology immediately. I left with the feeling that I should not have requested an appointment with Cardiology

I haven't had any bad experiences .i have always been with respect . The wait time has always been short. I am very satisfied with this group

This was my first visit with practitioner, Toni McFadden. I liked her a lot and would be happy to see her anytime. She went straight to the point was courteous listened well And treated me with respect. She gets a 10 out of 10 for sure.

For the time I checked, through the appointment with the doctor and the time I left the office was a very good visit.

[Name(s)] was seen quickly, Tony reviewed my medical conditions arranged for a further check up and asked if I needed any new prescriptions and generally talked about further treatment. I was very satisfied.

Experience was good. Provder was informative and thorough.

I didn't make this appointment, my cardiologist did. The reason that she was late starting is that I had been in the ER 3x for the condition I was seeing her about (AFib), and it took her an extra bit of time to review my records before she was ready to see me. She answer a lot of questions I had about my condition going forward until I can get my ablation.

She Is a knowledgeable thoughtful patient empathetic provider

I liked the PA. The appt was good. I would've liked to know more about my carotid arteries condition & what's next. I was referred to vascular Dr. I was also encouraged to consider Repatha (but common side effects are respiratory infections). I have COPD & I'm not sure this will work for me. I'll talk to my cardiologist in June when I see him!

Toni McFadden Is the consummate NP who listens and dispenses carefully thought out advice or responses. Not only did she analyze the results of an EKG, she produced a model of my mitral valve to explain why I wasn't operating on all four cylinders.

She was to the point and helpful, I appreciate her time. She gave me about my health.

Very good experience answered questions related to several problems

I like Tony she was professional and competent. The problem was that my information has never been kept up to date and so she did not have a lot of the information that she needed. She did not have information from the doctor nor was there information in my files. I had not seen any individual after some of my events. This is the first time I have spent time with Tony. Your phone system is atrocious and creates an undo amount of stress for your clients. Your record keeping needs to be brought up to current and relevant events. During my visit Tony had to leave the office three times to get information that was not available to her during our discussion.

It was a good experience.
