Very accommodating to my requests during the visit such as listening to my carotid arteries which isn't a standard process during such a visit. Just one example of accommodating patient questions.

All people greeting and confirming the appointment were very efficient and thoughtful. They are always helpful. Visit with provider answered all questions. The visit lacked a conversational framework, although visit accomplished my needs and questions. The lack of conversation wasn't the fault of the provider or me. It just didn't happen.

I have seen Tim the PA for all my check ups and although he is very professional and knowledgeable I think at least once in the past three years I should see the cardiologist.

I failed to get my question answered satisfactorily. Doctor assured me that a nurse would call on Monday (today). I was home all day and did not receive a call.

Tim is a great provider for my cardiology needs, and coordinates my care with my primary provider. I enjoy working with him as one of my providers.

As a retired health care provider myself there was nothing that I could fault about my visit. I was not in the waiting room very long, the intake nurse was kind and efficient, and I did not have to wait long for Tim to enter the room. He was relaxed and listened carefully to the questions I asked and the issues I raised, and entered into knowledgeable discussions regarding them. Concerning a possible non-urgent test which I was not ready to undertake, he was sensitive and comfortable with waiting and told me he would order it any time that I would let him know.
