Remarkably knowledgeable about his own specialty and general medicine.

Dr. Towbridge is the rare physician (these days) that is not only extremely knowledgeable and experienced but also very patient and kind. He explained the answers to my questions and provided easy to understand directions for the new medication I would be self-administering via injection which was all very new to me and seemed complicated but Dr. Towbridge drew me a diagram of exactly how to dose this med. I referred to his diagram at home on the first occasion of using the med and it was very helpful to have that reference....and also...as easy as he assured me it really was! I am very very thankful that Dr. Towbridge is a cardiologist with Providence....and this is my preferred place to go.

I showed up early and got in early.

Out of all my providers, and I have many, I must admit that Dr. Trowbridge is my absolute favorite.

I saw Dr. Trowbridge for the first time, he seemed very familiar with my medical history. But most importantly he ask me questions and was very interested in my response. I never had a better office visit.

The receptionists were great, the wait time was very minimal. I'm sure the doctor is very knowledgeable but his bedside manners are a little dry. He's quite robotic. Other than that the care I received was exceptional.

Dr Trowbridge is a good doctor,

This Dr. Began the appointment asking if I had any of the following symptomshe rattled of about 20 symptoms in 10 seconds. When it was obvious I was still processing symptom #4, he asked if I was having any symptoms I was concerned about. I felt like I was being talked at, not to and that he was probably behind schedule. I previously saw the only other cardiologist there, who was (wanted to be) very aggressive with my meds, obviously not reading my chart before meeting me.Unfortunately, I won't be coming back to Providence cardiology.

Always kind, listens, and explains what is going on and what will happen in the future regarding my heart. Never hurried and uses words and explanations in a way easy to understand. I feel confident that he will do a great job on future heart surgery for my heart murmur. Explains my future needs for appointments, medication and surgery. Everything is going great concerning my heart and Iunderstand what the coming years hold in store for treatment. Everything is under control. I really like Dr Trowbridge, and his office staff. The lady who first speaks with you and takes your blood pressure and goes over the percription list with you is excellent. She is unhurried and thorough. The best I have ever had each time I come into this office, or for that matter any doctors office.
