My experience with Providence has always been very positive and of high quality with all employees.Please add phone chargers to the emergency patient waiting area.

Dr. Shaw listens carefully and calmly answers questions. He provided information from recent tests and made suggestions for going forward.

I feel very confident that Dr. Shaw is doing his very best to care for my medical needs.

Everyone was polite and professional. Everyone made me feel cared for and were friendly. The Dr. Was caring and thorough and I felt he was well informed regarding my condition and what steps needed to be taken to ensure a healthy lifestyle.

Very engaged during office visit. I feel very confident in his care. I was a brand new patient with a very long and complicated cardiac history and he did a very good job of getting up to date and understanding my problem. The only negative was that I had to wait four months for an appointment to see him. I was having some very concerning heart issues and have a pacemaker but was not having an emergency.

All providers seem interested in my welfare; Dr. Shaw asked me the questions about my well-being, I did not ask him, if I'm remembering correctly.

Appreciate the care received once scheduled. Required 2 months waiting to schedule appt

I had a very good experience meeting Dr. SHAW.

This was my very first appointment with Dr. Shaw and I was very anxious because I just found out that I had abdominal aortic Calcification-He was very kind and reassured me that I'm not going to have a heart attack anytime soon! He prescribed a heart monitor for two weeks as well as an MRI which I have yet to schedule, but I will. His manner is very easy-going and calm and friendly, which I appreciate appreciated!

My experience with Dr. Shaw was very good he was very much down to earth and made my wife and I very relaxed even though my was serious! The office staff I worked with was very accommodating in all the aspects of getting all the test and Dr appointments I needed to do. They made it as least stressful as it could possibly have been!!

Dr. Shaw is my heart doctor, so I do not call him if I have athletes foot, so those questions at the front of this survey do not apply. Now, is he a good heart doc? YES HE IS! He explains what is going on, and listens to me. I wish all my others docs were more like him.

I was referred to Dr. Shaw by my PCP (or his PA) based on an in person visit and stress test results. I was amazed and thankful to be able to see Dr. Shaw within a couple of days, rather than the expected wait time of several months. He was very thorough in reviewing my symptoms, history, and test results, listened carefully to my questions, and gave very clear and understandable instructions for my care.

I really like my cardiologist and sleep apnea doctor and trust them to know what is best for me. My primary care has messed up my medicines, so I have transferred all my heart meds to my cardiologist, because those are the most important to me. I have other meds, but they are not critical to me.
