The PA was very thorough and friendly. Spent ample time with me explaining the meds and what the future looked like. We discussed diet and made me feel like an individual, not just the next body in a long line.

He went through my charts before seeing me. He was the first provider since my medical emergencies, who carefully explained my conditions and what my future looks like. This was my first visit with Brandon. It was great having a conversation with a provider who did not rush me. I had my questions answered, and I feel confident in the care Brandon provided.

Brandon is very caring about how I am doing since my heart attack. He listens.

My provider gave me some very good information about my condition and as a result we agreed on expanding my prescription regimen to help with a problem that comes from or is a result of my heart difficulties. As it was not something I had been specifically treated for in the past I was very happy to see what could be done with it. The rest of the visit was thorough and dealt with clear and direct questioning that showed my provider was truly interested in my health and well-being. I was, by the time I left, very enthusiastic about my healthcare.(For the first time in a while).

Brandon is a fountain of knowledge and unafraid to explain things in detail. He is top notch.The practice as a whole, communication, appointments, finding out who is who and what actual department they are in is utter chaos.My overall opinion of Providence has dropped precipitously in the last 15 months.

Just changed insurance and it was not a problemthe doctor was very helpful and provided good advice on my medications.

Brandon was very through and not a stuffed lab coat.

I feel confident I will be taken care of.

This provider never saw me before but was available to review symptoms I was having. He treated me well and offered plans to dig deeper into my symptoms. The exchange was comfortable like he had been treating me for years.

I didn't care for Brandon's bedside manner. I came in feeling positive about my health and left feeling worse about my future.It would be nice to see the doctor instead of a PA but apparently he is very busy.

I found Brandon Smith to be one of the most engaged practitioners I have seen in some time. He's very intelligent, listening to my concerns, recent unusual issue with a low grade fever, pulmonary difficulty and after reviewing my med list; instituted a course change in taking Carvedilol to taper off it all together. Brandon seems to love what he does, isn't burnt out with his career choice or caught up in administrative roles. He was a breath of fresh air and I look forward to working with him in the future. Brandon didn't see me as an elderly woman not deserving of his time or expertise.

He spent a good amount of time with me, giving me options for my ongoing care and very practical suggestions. All were easy to understand and well written up in the after care report.
