This provider was able to answer all my questions in a clear and concise way, but also would go deeper and explain if I asked questions. She seemed like she would take as long as it was necessary for me to feel good about the visit and the Care I was receiving.

Clinician Drew, PA., did mention that she remembers the days of paper charts. However, Ms. Drew, PA looks too young to have used paper charts. I should know because I used paper charts back in the day. ; )

PA Jennifer S. Drew was great.She answered all of my questions and I felt very at ease with her. She explained things in a manor I could understand. She had some great recommendations and thoughts for me to pursue! She was very respectful and took her time. I never felt rushed or that she had to go somewhere or do something else and I am sure she ws extremely busy!

Jennifer Drew, PA was excellent. Easy to talk with, informed, acknowledged my questions and concerns and made the appointment a positive experience. Not easy to do when discussing heart disease. I left feeling optimistic.

Could not have asked for a better experience. Office staff was great, I was taken before I could even have a seat in the waiting room, Ms. Drew was knowledgeable and, although this was my first visit with her she navigated my EHRs plus my verbal narration well enough to develop instant expertise. I left the appointment feeling listened to, and confident I had received excellent care.

Jennifer Drew provided clear, caring, insightful information. She explained my heart condition well and ordered followup tests to provide as much support as possible for me to recover. She was friendly, concise, even called me following this appointment when the clinic was closed due to holiday schedule. I could not ask for better care. He nurses also checked in with me to see how I was doing. What a great provider and supportive staff!

I have full confidence in my PCP, as well as this specialists and all the Providence medical staff I see. They have been excellent care providers.

Dr. Drew always takes the time to explain everything I request to know about my care. If I don't understand, she explains in detail. She offers alternatives of care when things are not going well with my health and shows a genuine concern about my health and quality of life.

The highlight of the appointment was the medical assistant, she was kind, personable and very helpful. Sure wish I remembered her name so that she could get credit. She was a delight and that is hard to do when someone is going in for information on a heart procedure.

I've been seeing Jennifer Drew for many years now-she is excellent in every way-she takes the time to talk with you, answer and concerns and is just a wonderful health care professional not to mention SO smart! I always feel very well cared for when I leave the office!
