Dr. Kwan was understanding about our concerns about how certain cardiac tests could affect my kidney function as I am in stage 4 CKD. She was will to consider more kidney friendly testing options to test for cardiac blockages.

This was my initial visit with my new cardiologist. Time was well given and very professional while easily understood. Continued to make me feel important just as what I have come to expect each and every provider within Providence.

Dr Kwan was also excellent at listening to my questions and addressed them succinctly and thoroughly. Dr Kwan was patient and helpful. I had phoned my care team and they very quickly made an appointment for me with Dr.. Kwan. She will be my cardiologist in the future as I have several heart related issues and am confident that she will take very good care of me. The care team for that department is excellent.

She provides all the information and allows the patient to make the final decision. Listens and communicates very well. Friendly, outgoing. She is a Keeper !
