Dr Nicole always listens to what I have to say and she always seems to have a good answer does what it takes to get my health back in line

She was good, understanding, listened and answered my questions and decided to change my medications some and wants me back in 6 months for follow up unless I have any problems with new medications and then come right in.

Provider took time to listen and explain issues with about changes to preventative antibiotics for heat valve replacement. Updated me to most recent prescription.

Nicolle was very attentive and thorough. She spent enough time with be to answer my questions and explained the answers very well. Great advice on how to handle AFIB and made arrangements for a specialist to see if I qualify for treatment that I never knew about. She was great!

I have been treated with respect and support for my new heart condition at cardiology. At my most recent appointment I asked about Information from the medical internet on two of my prescription drugs interactions. The provider looked up the information I had found right away even though they weren't familiar and explained it very clearly. This was a very positive response to my concern which I've usually not been able to get addressed. I am overall very positive about my diagnosis, surgery and follow up within Providence Hospital and Clinic. I had some experience with this health and service group while residing in Spokane, WA. It was also a very positive relationship I had with my care providers there and would definitely recommend to anyone. I feel both confident and comfortable with the level of experience and expertise demonstrated. At 75 years of age it gives me a sense of peace knowing my physical health is in such good hands. Thanks to all!

In 2023 I had a bad experience with a provider at this clinic and was hesitant to return. My recent experience exceeded my expectations. The scheduler was thorough and efficient when speaking with me. I received good follow up and an appointment sooner than expected. I arrived early and was seen early. The provider was knowledgeable and most importantly treated me with kindness and respect.
