This experience was horrible. Why do they make you come 15 min early just to sit and wait past your appointment time? After getting stuck in the elevator, I waited over an hour to see him. Just because someone is a doctor doesn't make their time more valuable than mine. I missed my daughter's end of school ceremony. As a single parent she had no one there for her. If a provider is running more than 15 min late they should let us their patients know so we can reschedule without getting 'punished' or charged.

This was my first appointment with Dr. Qattan, which I found very professional, thorough and caring. Dr. Qattan ordered the necessary blood test, echocardiogram and stress test, which I have not had in years, given my health conditions and concerns! Dr. Qattan also initiated a couple of heart healthy diets that is conducive to my blood pressure and my current heart conditions, which is the very first time any Cardiologist, and I have seen four others in the past, has ever given me these tests or diet information on my first visit or ever! Therefore, I believe the 45 minute wait as a new patient was well worth it! I left Dr. Qattan office feeling extremely hopeful regarding a new doctor, patient relationship thats built on mutual respect, care and concern, and, an oath as a health professional to treat all people and patients with the utmost dignity and respect, while striving to give the best advice possible to heal his patient or help manage and maintain an adequate quality of life--given challenging circumstances! I believe Dr. Qattan is a very exceptional physician, which I am grateful to be a part of this new patient-doctor team!

This is the second appointment the Doctor has quickly told me what was going on, typed in the computer, then opened the door and waited for me to leave. I've had some overall questions, and he seems very off-put that I would ask a question or try to learn more about what is going on with me. My family has seen other Dr's in this same office without the same result.

The Dr.'s bedside manner was very non-personal especially for a first time visit. He did not explain things well at all. I left very confused, scared, worried, and stressed out! I was left to find out answers to things on my own!
