After knee replacement sure has a heart complication and was in hospital for several days. Upon my release, I was able to get an appointment with Dr.Eeer the very next day. He had my records, did additional testing and explained everything that happened and the Futur ramifications. The handling of this whole situation really helped with the stress I was experiencing. I would highly recommend Dr Ewer and his staff.

I waited 9 months for this, my first visit with this doctor. So it was difficult to answer many of these questions as I am not a regular Kadlec patient and the doctor did not treat me yet. He did order two tests - one a 14 day heart monitor which I am currently doing, and a treadmill stress test which is two months out. That wait seems excessive as well. I have no doubt about the quality of care of Dr. Ewer, its just hard to know at this time.

It is hard to evaluate as no past information was sent to this office. I had requested the info be sent, and they had the name of the previous doctor. But no information was available. Dr was polite and didn't want to go further until he had more information after waiting 5 months to get in to this doctor. I was disappointed in his response.

Everyone was very helpful. I first saw a family doctor shadowing Dr Euer and he went over my information with me, answered questions etc. Dr Euer basically echoed him, but also answered some "history" questions. Office had scheduled tests Dr Euer wanted done prior to my appointment. I had asked office to do this as appointment concerned my ability to have elective surgery.

Dr Eewer was very calming about my heart murmur and future possibilities. He told me not to "lose a wink of sleep" about the future.

Medical appointments today follow an 18-minute model, whereby the provider is hurrying, albeit with a courteous manner, to get all the bases touched and get the job done. This seems to be true across many medical offices. I hope this Is addressed at some point. I will say that I underwent an emergency surgery at Kadlec back in January and the professionalism and surgeon's expertise actually save my life. I thank Kadlec for that.
