Laurinda K. Rutherford, DNP, ARNP

Laurinda Rutherford is a dedicated and multifaceted healthcare professional whose journey into nursing was shaped by a rich and diverse background in competitive dancing and culinary arts. Her path into healthcare began as a Nursing Assistant, where she developed a deep compassion for patient care and a strong foundation in clinical practice. Driven by a desire to expand her impact, Laurinda pursued and earned her Registered Nurse (RN) credentials, gaining experience in the acute care setting with a focus on Cardiology and Neurology. In 2024, Laurinda graduated from the University of Washington with a Doctor of Nursing Practice (DNP) degree through the Adult Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (AGACNP) program. Her advanced training equipped her to provide high-level, evidence-based care to adult and elderly populations in complex and fast-paced environments. Today, Laurinda blends her diverse experiences to deliver holistic, patient-centered care with a unique perspective shaped by both artistry and science. She is passionate about improving outcomes for aging adults and advocating for compassionate, culturally competent care across the healthcare continuum.
