Excellent services from Doctor and staffs

Dr. Gradek spent a little more time with me this visit than he has in the past. He explained what my medications do in a way that helped me better understand the reasons for taking them. I appreciate that he allowed me to participate in making an informed decision about continuing to take certain medications.

Dr. Gradek interpreted my test result after the 5 day window, but only after prompting from me. I know he's busy, so I don't know if this is a legitimate gripe. I was a little concerned by what the report reviewer wrote, so I would have appreciated reassurance that the results were AOK. Other than this, I routinely have excellent encounters with each and every one of my providers at Swedish and I am grateful to have them on my health care team.

This provider listens as opposed to a previous provider who did not. I no longer see her. My long time cardiologist retired and I've been seen by this provider with no complaints. He answers my questions and listens.
