I found Jennefer extremely helpful in making a major decision about which I was hesitant: to drop warfarin, which was a tremendous relief, including having to be tested once a week, which was excessive, and switching to Xarelto, which has been an Improvement far beyond my expectations.

I brought up something I was interested in and she took extra time to investigate it.

The nurse practitioner, Jennifer Steffan, did a terrific job reviewing my medical history, advising me concerning my condition, and explaining the issues with which I had concern. She was both knowledgeable and pleasant during my visit. It was so encouraging to have someone with her expertise and demeanor.

Jennifer Steffan is the ideal combination of technical expertise and empathic care. It's a pleasure to meet with her because she listens intently, and responds from experiential as well as educational knowledge. I have seen Jennifer on several occasions for my cardiac care and find her to be both professional and down-to-earth. It is regrettable that all providers are not similarly able to translate the enormous amount of education they've received into practical and personalized treatment options for the individual sitting in front of them. Jennifer brings some unique qualities to the exam room and it makes for an unusually helpful experience. I would recommend this office, but particularly I would recommend this provider, to family and friends.

Jennifer didn't have my most recent blood results because they disappeared from MyChart, but I thought ahead and brought them from my provider.

Good response to be on time for the scheduled appointment. The assistant was pleasant and ask questions, weighed me, took blood pressure etc. I was seen and had pleasant conversation with Nurse practitioner, Jennifer Stefan. She asked how I felt since the TAVR. It was a great conversation. I would recommend this practice highly. Good experience with this provider.

She answered my questions, went over my medicines, made changes to these to afford me a positive result. I really felt she understood my current life, not all medical. A variety of suggestions were provided for me outside the medical aspect. I wanted to adopt both ARNP Stefan and her nurse.

Jennifer definitely listens to me, even if I have concerns that are not in alignment with her recommedations. In our last conversation we actually "negotiated" that I take a baby aspirin rather than a blood thinner prescription. I was extremely impressed with her compassion.
