Kristin Walters was not my normal provider. Mine retired. She is very competent, knowledgeable and made me feel comfortable and listened to my concerns. I have had Nurse practitioners from this group before. They have all been top notch. Kristin has a great bedside manner and showed genuine concern for my well being. I would highly recommend this provider.

I was early for appointment. Care provider, they helped me get in early. Out of town 75 miles away.

There was nor a connection, strictly clinical. I felt a bit uncomfortable & intimidated, as I felt, in my opinion, that we were both wasting time attempting to understand my symptoms which began back in Feb. 9 months later is when I could consult with specialist.

Kristin Walter's is thr first provider in cardiology who actually put an action plan in place to address my reoccurring atrial flutter issue and PFO. She is outstanding!! I want to see her going forward.

I was out of country for five months and had a medical concern and was able to resolve it remotely with the appropriate Providence personnel using the MyChart app. It was very helpful.

No good or bad experiences to report. My provider listens carefully to my concerns and descriptions of any situations that might have occurred since my last visit. She then discusses what actions could be taken as far changes in medications or dosages and proposes a plan of action should non-life threatening events occur.
