About Jill McCarty
Jill McCarty, RDN, LD, is a registered dietitian nutritionist and licensed in Oregon. She is a graduate of the University of Idaho where she received a Bachelor of Science in Food and Nutrition and completed a Coordinated Program in Dietetics. She has worked for Providence for over 20 years in a variety of settings as an inpatient and outpatient dietitian. Jill is passionate about helping clients work towards the principles of Intuitive Eating. She uses an anti-diet, Health at Every Size (HAES) approach to her nutrition counseling. She works with clients from a compassionate perspective on improving their relationship with food and body image. With each person having their own unique experience she helps clients explore eating and movement patterns that support their physical, mental and emotional well-being.
