Paula Staab, RDN, CSR, CSDH, LD is a Registered Dietitian / Nutritionist in the Outpatient Nutrition Department at Providence Newberg Medical Center, with expertise in both renal nutrition and digestive health. She works with adults who have a range of conditions, including kidney, digestive, cardiac, and liver disease, prediabetes, and nutrient deficiencies. Paula believes that tailoring eating patterns to individual biology can make a meaningful difference in overall well-being. Her approach to nutrition care is an individualized one; she starts with where a person is, builds on their existing habits, and works toward personal lifestyle goals that are realistic and lasting. Along the way, she incorporates education about nutrition and biology, as well as practical strategies for developing healthy, sustainable lifestyle practices. Paula’s schedule is available for virtual or in-person visits at the Providence Newberg Medical Center campus.
