Received good care for my eyes during this unfortunate accident.?

Dr. Cheng is competent, efficient, professional, and of great demeanor. Overall awesome.

Always helpful, very knowledgeable, glad he is here, don't lose him.

Excellent immediate career was provided to me during this severe very stressful medical condition. However, aftercare and follow up Would have been appreciated even during a time sensitive situation as I was directed for immediately surgery that afternoon and directly to another facility for the procedure.

I have never had to wait very long in the waiting room, service always seems to be prompt.

Dr Chang and his office staff are knowledgeable and courteous. I was able to get an immediate appointment that I felt was necessary for my eye problem. He was thorough and appropriate in his care. His treatment plan was specific and he tailored it as well to my thoughts about treatment.

My regular provider was out of town and Dr. Chang saw me on an emergency visit during office hours. I was most appreciative. He was gentle and consulted with my regular doctor as the treatment of this eye has a long history.

Dr Chang was so encouraging when I saw him. When I went in I thought my right eye was damaged. He was able to squeeze me in to have a membrane removed that was not unusual a few years after cataracts are removed. He also was able to schedule me for the same procedure for the other eye soon.

Dr Chang is an excellent professional. I am very please having him as my oftalmogist for all these past years. My regular vision test was taken about 3 years ago. At my office I have problem reading the computer screen. I mentioned that to Dr Chang and he approved a test. I went to the receptionist and she gave an appointment for early September, she said that was the best available date. I consider that 2 months is a long waiting time for this routine test. Is there a way to improve this date. I would appreciate it

Dr Chang checked the issue with my eyes. He is referring me to Retina Partners and gave me their contact information. The referral I understand is being reviewed by Facey and I will be notified it is approved within two weeks. Dr Chang was prompt and very informative. He examined my eyes after they were dilated. He explained what he saw & why he believes I should be referred to specialists. I believe he is intelligent & competent and very experienced.

I was able to receive an appointment same day. Front office staff were very helpful. Doctor was professional and caring. He explained everything well and scheduled a follow up appt for a week later to check on my status. He 2as a great Doctor

Dr Chang did my eye surgery a year ago. I Came to see him this day with a different matter. My eye was paining me and I wanted to make sure everything was OK. He assured me that it was. He provided me a prescription and I made another appointment for 30 days and then I left

I was very please with my visit. I had just finished seeing my primary doctor who suggested I see an ophthalmologist. When I went down to make the appointment, they had an opening and took me right in. The doctor with excellent, he did what needed to be done then explained and even drew a picture of what was going on with my eye. I am very please with this care.
