Dr Wei was very unfriendly and bluntly mean.she lacks decent friendly Dr Patients bed side manners. She made me feel like l was stupid.never being treated in that manner by any other Dr in Facey before. And l have been with Facey for years. Dr. Wei was rude and condescending using gotcha tactics and I had to straight out ask what my rights and benefits are.Dr. Wei made this visit very degrading and she made me feel as if I had done something wrong for this examination.At one point she made a comment that she's a optician that performs cataract surgery and it is not done until someone is in their 70's. When I responded I'm only 7 years away from being in my 70's she got even more defensive and changed the age limit of cataract eligibility is not until someone is in thier late 70' and more likely in thier 80's.I would never send my mother to doctor as rude as Dr. Wei.So what is the guideline in writing when cataract correction is available and not what an individual Dr says it should be without any documentation to support denying corrective procedures.!

I was a walk in to the office with an Urgent Care directive to see an Ophthalmologist of my choice, or go to the emergency room. I went to Facey, talked to the receptionist about my issue. They were able to get me an appointment for one hour later. I went to lunch, returned and was seen by the Dr. This response exceeded my expectations and felt like the facility is more than a business and cares about people. All the staff are very friendly, responsive, and accommodating where ever possible.

They made me feel strange and uncomfortable and very impersonal. As if they were talking to a machine with directions, questions and comments without looking at me. Everyone was in a hurry and made me feel they wanted me out. It is extremely important for a patient to feel treated with care, concern and sensitivity. We arrive to the facilities already concern and sometimes in pain and be treated so impersonal only adds to our negative feelings.
