They made me feel strange and uncomfortable and very impersonal. As if they were talking to a machine with directions, questions and comments without looking at me. Everyone was in a hurry and made me feel they wanted me out. It is extremely important for a patient to feel treated with care, concern and sensitivity. We arrive to the facilities already concern and sometimes in pain and be treated so impersonal only adds to our negative feelings.

Eye doctor rushes through the procedure looking into the eyes with the machine! Guessing her patient load is busy! Although these have been rechecks she is efficient and always asks do I have any questions. It is unfortunate that eye floaters do not disappear. Supposedly you have to learn to live with it. Eye surgery is not a recommended treatment per this provider! I totally understand due to risks! She is young and energetic. Pace yourself for your long career! Take an extra minute to slow down and breathe and enjoy the patient presenting with a concern. And thank you for the career you have chosen! Facey is a great Medical Group!!!
