About Eugene Y. Chang
Dr. Eugene Chang earned a Bachelor of Arts in Political Science from Brown University and a combined MD and MBA from Tufts University School of Medicine in Boston. He returned to the West Coast for his internship at the University of California, San Francisco, Fresno campus. Dr. Chang completed his residency in Ophthalmology at the California Pacific Medical Center in San Francisco. He concluded a prestigious two-year medical and surgical Retina-Vitreous fellowship at Rush University/Illinois Retina Associates in Chicago, Illinois, where he trained under the direction of Kirk Packo, M.D., a nationally recognized expert in vitreo-retina surgery. Dr. Chang joins our team after over 15 years of practice in California. He enjoys spending time with his family.
