I asked my primary care doctor to recommend an eye doctor as I needed to make a change, my long time eye doctor had retired. He recommended Dr. Agange, it was a very nice visit, she looked at the outside and inside of my eye. Being a diabetic, she asked about my current routine and medications and experiences. Very nice doctor, so happy to get another wonderful physician that I can count on in my senior years.

Dr. Negrin Agange is extremely thorough and she had exceptional patient engagement. She clearly took the time to review my primary complaint and discuss at length to explain the prognosis and treatment plan.

Efficient, professional, and caring

The back staff and the provider was amazing. I had a really serious issue with my eyes. I couldn't see I was scared and they all treated me respect respectfully with care. They seemed to empathize with what I was going through and the provider was just amazing and telling me exactly what was happening with my eyes and what I could expect I felt really assured and she saw me every time I needed her.

1st time seeing this Dr referred by my primary initially for non urgent issues and yearly testing. My visit/consult was beyond expectations! The entire staff was kind friendly and professional. The physician was very warm kind comforting, extremely knowledgable, positive and put me at ease. Explained everything in l Layman's terms that I could easily understand/comprehend and laid out a plan of action not only for the current issue but long term care. I'd been dealing with this issue for over a month and had been to Providence Urgent Care 2 x for this initially before it escalated into needing an ophthalmologist's expertise and care. And eye issue is very unsettling and scary and since my previous Ophthalmologist of 25 yrs Had retired I wasn't as comfortable with his colleague referral. I'm so relieved to have found a long-term care ophthalmologist since I've had surgery earlier in life. The doctor is definitely an asset to your patience and organization, thank you so much!!

I was actually late for my appointment by at least 16 minutes but the front desk team told me they would see what the Doctor could do to accommodate my needs and see more even though I was late.
