Paul E. Finley, MD

Dr. Paul E. Finley was born in Indianapolis, Indiana. He completed his undergraduate work at Baylor University in 1987. He attended Emory University School of Medicine and graduated with honors in 1992. Dr. Finley completed his internship at Virginia Mason Hospital in 1993. He then spent four years as a general medical officer in the U.S. Navy. Dr. Finley completed his residency at Oregon Health Sciences University. He then joined the Hillsboro Eye Clinic in 2001. Dr. Finley became board certified by the American Board of Ophthalmology in 2002. In addition, he is also a member of the American Academy of Ophthalmology, Oregon Academy of Ophthalmology, and Alpha Omega Alpha Medical Honor Society. Dr. Finley and his wife, Jenny, reside in Portland and have two wonderful children. They enjoy camping, skiing, and traveling.
