It needs to be confronted directly. Though perhaps not obvious, suffering internally or in your relationships may be an expression of unresolved childhood wounds. Now is the time to heal those wounds and reclaim your authentic self.

By exploring the meaning of your emotions and behavior, we can work together to uncover your needs and find a way to meet them. Before becoming a therapist, I studied philosophy, worked in offices, married, divorced, raised kids, and became a grandmother. My life’s experience will contribute to understanding your pain, as well as your hopes for the future.
