Conflicts within the home, school, or workplace contribute to added stress, anxiety, depression, and addictive behaviors. Problems adjusting to new family dynamics can be expressed by irritability, anger, or withdrawal. Nancy will work with you to improve relationships between siblings, between children and parents or between friends and colleagues. When you leave the first session, you will have some coping strategies to improve your situation. Self-esteem, self-control, grief, loss, anxiety, depression, bipolar, or other mental health problems transfer to all areas of life. Are you worried about how drug or alcohol problems affect your life or the life of your teen? Nancy is a Certified Addiction Counselor and believes in goal oriented therapy. She provides evening and weekend hours to accommodate school or work schedules. Nancy continues her life-long quest for knowledge. She is currently working towards certification by the American Association for Sex Addiction Therapy in order to better help patients who suffer from sexual addiction.
