I have seen Dr. Simpson for years. She introduced herself as if I've never met her and asked about last year's visit, inquiring about a biopsy that I did not have. She was rude/dismissive regarding "sun damage," without providing new solutions or options. I felt shamed. I wear a high SPF daily, wear sun-protective clothing, and have been diligent about skin checks, despite my young age, because I know I have lived a very outdoor life from the time I was born. Her comments are not kind or helpful and her bedside manner is disappointing. I waited for more than 40 minutes in the exam room. Scheduling appointments is extremely challenging, unless I schedule a YEAR in advance.
