Dr. Simpson is routinely booked for months. I asked to be seen by a nurse practitioner to check out some troubling skin blemishes. Trang was very professional and identified two areas that needed biopsies and she performed them that very day and sent the results out for analysis. I was very impressed with her demeanor and professionalism.

Dr. Phan was extremely knowledgeable regarding my concern and took care of it in the office visit. I did have a hard time getting a referral from my regular medical doctor, but once received it was easy to make the appointment - not with my regular dermatologist, but with Dr. Phan.

I initially I was somewhat reticent about seeing a PA for my issue as I had been accustomed to seeing my doctor (but she was booked out far in advance) ... Since I thought it important to have the condition checked I took the appointment albeit reluctantly .... My concerns were entirely without merit - Dr Phan totally alleviated any concerns I had - she took care of the issue efficiently and painlessly (in fact, I had noted that the "numbing injunction" she gave was probably the least painful I had ever received). .... I would not hesitate to have an appointment with her for a dermatology issue in the future

This visit was scheduled with Dr. Simpson's PA due to scheduling. She was very nice and helpful. I would probably not see her again but only due to the fact that what I am doing with my doctor is beyond her scope as a PA, but other than that I would recommend her.

Trang is very thorough and professional.

We were not happy with this provider and may be looking for a new one. She just wasn't the niceness and questioned everything I had to say. Not impressed. We also waited over 30 mins for her to come in the room. She always runs late and we don't have that kind of time to wait around for her each time.

Dr was very attentive and was quite thorough during the examination and process. This was my first visit with her and would definitely return.
