I would hesitate to recommend this exceptional practice solely because their caseload makes it difficult to make an appointment that is not out at least 3-4 months. If an issue that arises that could possibly require an appointment right away, it is difficult to secure an available time to be seen. That said, they do work hard to get you fit in and the care is always extraordinary and never hurried.

Crystal Huynh is an excellent health care provider. I would recommend her to anyone without reservation. She is absolutely exceptional - knowledgeable, friendly, personable, helpful, and kind. She Is also a great listener. When I first received a referral for Crystal, it took many months for me to be able to get an appointment, but, now that I'm her patient, I am seen regularly for check-ups. My impression with Providence is that there are not enough providers, which makes it very hard to get appointments. This has nothing to do with Crystal, however, who is absolutely exceptional. This has to do with the overall system.

She was easy to talk with about places on my skin that I was concerned about. She helped me know what the next possible steps might be after the biopsies came back.

Crystal is fantastic! She is by far my favorite health care provider. Her demeanor, professionalism, knowledge, and concern are unsurpassed. When I visit Crystal, I feel like I'm visiting an old friend. She provides accurate diagnosis and always is concerned not just about my skin, but about me as a person. Even though I'm sure she's overbooked, she never makes you feel like she's in a hurry. I trust Crystal 100%. It is not often you find a health care provider who is so skilled, yet so kind and gentle. She deserves a raise, and a lighter patient load. In all honestly, I've considered changing medical groups as I haven't been impressed with some of the other care I've received and wait times for appointments, but I stay for Crystal (but I may eventually go with PPO so I can see her and go elsewhere for other care). She's saving you a patient on your patient rolls (at least for now). She Is the absolute best.

She was concerned, had reviewed my chart, followed through, then went beyond what was required when she noticed a condition I had simply dismissed. She took a biopsy, administered a cautery, and we now awaits the results from the Lab. It may take as long as 2 more weeks to resolve.
