The personnel (all) are friendly, courteous and professional and when I am able to get an appointment I am treated with value. The time to address issues, concerns or appointments is unacceptable. For non urgent matters maybe I could deal with this but for urgent matters I need to look for other alternatives and that concerns me because I do not want to medical hop but with the way Facey handles appointments now that is exactly what I have to do. Thankfully I have a PPO so I have other options but this is not the way I want to pursue my medical needs. It is very disappointing and concerning.

Dr. Sadeghani is wonderful. He explains things in a way I can understand, even if it's complicated. I very much appreciate his care and professionalism.

He paid attention to my concerns and named the problems in the clinical notes which I read in My Chart. There I got a very clear understanding of his work. Those details would have extended the appointment if I had stopped to get the medical identity of each spot he targeted.

Dr Sadeghani addressed my concerns with new potential skin cancer lesions. He examined my skin thoroughly and explained his findings. He treated some precancerous spots immediately, and he took a biopsy of the new lesion. I appreciate his expertise and thorough evaluations.

Dr. Sadeghani is an excellent dermatologist and is very caring.

I felt a little rushed but I understand with all the patients to see, gave me quick treatment (freeze gun) that said before he could'nt do because of existing cherry mole under growth over it, he did it quickly before I could ask questions about that , the area will red around it and hoping it heals correctly

Dr. Sadeghani is pleasant, thorough, listens to my specific health concerns, communicates information clearly.

I like the fact that he told me right off, as soon as he looked at the mole closely, that it was non-cancerous, and then presented the option of freezing it, and then did it. Eased my fears and blood pressure mightily.

He is thorough in his follow up. We have a long term relationship so there is little time wasted . His demeanor reflects the challenges (probably time spent with patient) he faces.

Check up every 6 months, always checking for cancer spots and always thorough. Always business like and explains as he checks for sunspots or signs of cancer spots. Very happy with this doctor, and the Staff at the office.

I saw my primary doctor for an over growth skin and excessive hair loss, and he recommended that I see a dermatologist but when I went to do the appointment, the receptionist told be that the nearest appointment was not until the endings of July, which was 3 months away. I was very concerned because that is a long time to wait but then she said wait I will check if the have any cancellation, and then she said you are very lucky today someone just canceled. I have an appointment in the next 10 minutes. She was very helpful and I was seen right away. The doctor took a biopsy of the over growth skin and I am waiting for results.

Although my appointment was cancelled 2 times and had to be rescheduled due to conflicts in the doctors schedule, the care given was worth the wait. Although I did have some skin care issues, Doctor did address and gave appropriate care. (worth the delay).

Didn't feel he took care of my immediate problem

Came from another medical group who didn't spend enough time with my family during visits. Now that we have joined the Facey Medical Group things have drastically changed for the better. My family and I truly enjoy visiting the doctors, urgent care and all the other medical offices located throughout the Facey medical group. Services such as test results are available very quickly and referrals don't take weeks which has been amazing for us as a family. All in all Facey Medical Group has been a great experience for my family.
