I was referred to this provider and she definitely was the Best.

Had Mohs surgery. Took several months from referral to get in. Not a complaint as is specialty so apparently cancer not too significant. But excellent care!

Dr. Nguyen has a nice, gentle manner about her. I feel comfortable talking to her and pointing out things on my skin that are of concern to me. She puts me at ease about the things I am concerned about that are not a problem.

Dr Nguyen is the best! In fact, I referred my neighbor to her and drive her to her appointment, which we scheduled right after mine. My neighbor was also very impressed with Dr Nguyen.

Dr. Nguyen Was professional, thorough and explained in detail exactly what she was going to be doing during my procedure. The one thing I think that was very important is she explained to me my options and we decided together which one would be the best for me. I trust Dr. Nguyen 100 % and will continue to see her as my physician. I initially saw Dr Langberg who prescribed two different ointment for itching. The daytime ointment I cannot use and I've called the office three times and he has not responded to the your medical assistant. Should I have Dr Nguyen scribe something that will work?

I had a positive experience with my provider. It was a dermatology issue and it was handled very well. I would like to say that the reception area was very nice. It was clean (or felt clean) and it was professional. There wasn't unnecessary decoration around. It presented as a well run medical office. I say this because the internal medicine reception area (suite 315) feels unclean and is decorated with decorations from long past holidays. I complained in the survey I did for my last visit to that office. The dermatology office reception area, by comparison, was very good. I appreciate that--as a patient, I want the people in the office to focus on patients not holidays and a party-like atmosphere. Thank you.

Good experience. Dr. Nguyen listened and diagnosed skin condition and wrote scripts. I would like to have a summary of visit with diagnosis in writing for my records. Nurse explained program does not allow that.

Great 'bedside' manner

My provider had her back against the wall and was slumped forward, like she was tired. She was very negative about what I wanted. I didn't expect a miracle, just help. Her response was, I can do it but.... She was acting like I was a waste of her time. It wasn't until I said I worked in health care that her demeanor and attitude completely changed, she actually smiled. Her assistant was a rock star. Loved her. Calm, efficient and friendly. I've waited 2 months for this appointment and really wanted help and was unhappy how the dr was with me.

I need a derm who's very thorough, I like when they use the light on my fingernails, really look at my scalp and even take photos to check the possibility of a changing mole by my next visit. It wasn't exactly that, but it's an older office than my previous derm, so I wasn't surprised. I'll just have to hope she catches something I can't see myself.

Dr. Nguyen was both compassionate and competent. I had to wait three months to get in to see her because she was on maternity leave when I called to make an appointment, but it was worth the wait! I am still waiting on the results of my biopsies she took, but for a short term solution while we wait for results, she provided solutions that have brought me relief from my discomfort. I went to her for an urgent need, but I plan to see her again for my regular skin check ups. She is an excellent doctor!

I was very pleased with Dr. Nguyen. This was my first visit to her for Mohs surgery. She answered my questions and explained the procedure, next steps and post surgery care. Dr Nguyen called the following day to check up on me. I have two more surgeries with her in February. The only disappointment was waiting months to get an appointment.

Dr. Nguyen and her team always seem to try their hardest to schedule an appointment for me when I feel I really need to get in to see her.

She is a great dermatologist. My sister and her husband go to her now too.
