My appointment was 2-3 months but it was worth the wait. Excellent experience.

This was my first visit with Dr. Kim (my regular provider wasn't available soon enough). She was thorough and explained everything very clearly.

Affective and good

Greeted as soon as I walked in the door. The doctor moves at a fast pace seemed like she was on a timer. But she was pleasant and professional, I just wished you would've examined the acne on my face a little more. Receptionist was efficient when leaving .

Dr. Kim was personable, answered my questions in a way I could understand, and even asked if I wanted a face-check, which I did not come for, but since I was there, it was nice of her to ask.

I saw Dr. Lydia Kin at her previous office practice. I decided to follow her to Providence because I believe she is a dermatologist.

First time seeing this provider for a new issue she seemed nice and helpful I have to go back in two months so rn I'm hoping that the medicine she gave me works for my problem

I received excellent care and the staff were friendly and respectful.

I had my first appointment with Dr Kim and she was very knowledgeable, friendly and understood my concerns. I am looking forward to a followup appointment

Dr. Lydia Kim is friendly, helpful, easy to understand. Gave us impressions that we can trust her medical advice- that we were seeking. The medical assistant & receptionist were also super kind & helpful. But we don't know their names so it is difficult to acknowledge them since no one introduced themselves. It would be more professional if All- physician, medical assistant, receptionist- quickly gave their name & their role. Identifying themselves & their medical roles promptly sets the tone of the appointment- since every thing is time based for like 20 minutes. So even patient & family must be watchful of the precious minutes with the medical team - so we get the medical help, we are initially seeking for - with what medical team says is truly & finally possible treatment.

Dr Kim was very knowledgeable, professional and confident. I'd highly recommend her to my friends and family

With Lydia Kim's office visit, I walk in and I did not have to fill out any paperwork because they had it from my primary doctor's office. I was seen within 5 minutes of walking into the office, it was great. The smoothest new patient office visit ever!

Entire experience with Dr. Kim was excellent. The only opportunity is that her office is some distance from my regular health group.

The medical assistant was excellent. She took the time to take my vitals and even get to know me a bit. The doctor answered my questions, but did not ask many. She used an AI transcriber, which I consented to during the visit, but for future visits, I would not consent to. The appointment felt slightly rushed due to lack of discussion.

It was a great experience. Hardly any wait time and everyone was very nice. Dr. Kim is great - in fact I had referred my husband to go see her.

I was unable to get an appointment with my doctor as soon as I thought I needed so I was able to get an appointment with Dr Kim. I really liked her. She was very knowledgeable and answered all my questions.
