Gave me understanding of the various types of treatments and gave alternative should the prescription is not covered. In the end, doctor gave me many choices while underwing my concerns in both financial and how it affects my health.

Dr. Gutierras took a biopsy. He said it would be several days to get results, but the very next day he received them and called me at 6:00PM to tell me the results were negative because he knew I would be relieved. Not only was I relieved but I was so impressed that he was so thoughtful!!

Dr. Gutierrez is very thorough. He explains everything as he exams me. Everyone in the office is kind.

Dr Gutierrez is wonderful. He's a specialist, a dermatologist and so many of my answers are accurate but may not apply specifically to him. However, he's extremely knowledgeable, very warm and approachable and spends an enormous amount of time with me because Providence has made it so that he has that time for an annual full body checkup. In order to provide good medicine, The Physician needs time to stop and listen to the patient, guide the patient, examine the patient very slowly and carefully and make sure that the patient gets as much care as necessary and it can't be done when he needs to see three or four people per hour. So, whoever is in charge at Providence of making sure that he can schedule his patients to have enough time to take care of them is doing the right thing. He's very qualified and I look forward to a continued annual visitation as long as I possibly can. There are almost no other experiences I have through the Providence Health Care system except for him at the moment. The office Personnel that he had before the move was an incredible staff as was the clinical people who worked with him. Currently, since the move, the office has changed with two very capable young women who made it a pleasure when I walked in. I got to call the day before confirming my visit and they were waiting for me when I got there. It was all very smooth and as best as you can imagine visiting a doctor's office. So annually, between seeing Dr Gutierrez in this office and also the clinical people who work with him as well as the office people, I'm more than satisfied as my experiences exceed expectations.

Dr. Gutierrez has a wonderful bedside manner. He commented continuously during his examination of skin, moles, etc. So I was made aware of everything he noticed and informed that each mole, growth, etc Is nothing of concern. I really appreciate that. Because of his bedside manner, I did not feel (very) awkward as he viewed my entire (practically naked) body. On the other hand, the female assistant didn't so much as introduce herself. Personally, I feel very awkward while getting this annual exam and I would find it reassuring if everyone in the room would at least acknowledge me.

It's the worst feeling when the doctor you are seeing seems very rushed and not listening to you. To make it worse suggest a treatment but states "I'm too busy with a packed schedule to do it here" or "I can't do it because your insurance won't cover it. Let me check if I can do it." To me this is total disregard of patient care and empathy when I as a patient have no control over the doctors schedule or planned day.

I had no problems what so ever, everything was great and they cared for me and my needs.

I had a weird mole and Dr Gutierrez was able to get me in quickly and gave me options of next steps, and followed up with me by phone in a few days. Really nice service.

Doctor was rushed and not very kind didn't even say hello

The provider and nursing assistant were wonderful. I had a small procedure and they explained everything and made me feel very comfortable. The MD called me to give me my pathology report.

Seemed rushed. Didn't provide me with time to ask questions. I had to interject and interrupt to get my thoughts shared. I had back to back appointments with me and my daughter and we had to wait in between because we were seen early before another appointment or something? I thought we were forgotten about because the doctor came In early to talk about my daughter, then left, then came back 15 minutes later to do my appointment. Not the smoothest experience. Doctor seemed knowledgeable but I would have liked more time with him.
