About Parrish Sadeghi

A graduate of UCLA, Dr. Sadeghi received her medical degree from Albany Medical College. She completed her dermatology residency at the world renowned Cleveland Clinic, where she was elected as Chief Resident during her time there.

Upon completion of her training, Dr. Sadeghi joined the UCLA School of Medicine’s Dermatology department and was instrumental in setting up UCLA’s first dermatology office in Santa Monica.

She later practiced dermatology in Denver, Colorado, and then returned to Cleveland Clinic for additional fellowship training in Mohs micrographic surgery and reconstructive surgery.

Under the directorship of Dr. Philip Bailin, an internationally regarded Mohs surgeon (and one of Dr. Frederick Mohs’ original trainees), Dr. Sadeghi gained a wealth of knowledge and experience during her training.

After years of practice in the Midwest, Dr. Sadeghi moved back to Southern California, where she now lives with her husband (a scientist and reproductive geneticist) and two children. She loves being a dermatologist and incorporates more than 20 years of experience into her craft.

Dr. Sadeghi offers personalized care to both children and adults, with the intention of promoting healthy skin. She also believes in giving back to the community.

Her involvements include teaching and educating the public about dermatology through free skin cancer screening events, participating in Santa Monica’s “Walk with a Doc” organization, and fundraising to advance dermatologic research.

Dr. Sadeghi is Board Certified by the American Board of Dermatology. She is also a fellow of the American College of Mohs Surgery and the American Academy of Dermatology.

She has publications in numerous peer-reviewed journals and textbooks, and she continues to keep abreast of the latest dermatologic advances by actively participating in local and national meetings/conferences.
