Dr. Pickert is so awesome I followed her when she switched associated organizations. It is good to see the diligence in which Providence provides a superior facility and staff. This allows the doctors to focus on being focus doctors. (The only complaint I have is it is still confusing to know exactly where to turn to get to this facility.)

I was happy to get an appointment that soon with a specialist. The MD was incredibly busy and she did very well addressing my problems. It was not possible to address everything at the first appointment and I'm happy with a follow up in 2mo, the discharge instructions I received had the wrong MD name and wrong apt follow up. This clerical error was easily corrected with a phone call. Again, I was happy to be able to get an appointment with such a knowledgeable Dermatologist. I am forward to my follow up visit.

I feel very comfortable with the care I receive from Dr. Pickert. On my first visit with Dr. Pickert, I asked for sunscreens and protective clothing she would recommend. Her staff gave me a couple of handouts. One for recommended sunscreens and another for websites that sells protective clothing. My last visit, the one for this survey, she gave me samples of balms and creams for extremely dry skin, and a handout on a recommended skin lotion, I have not had this kind of care from any other provider. She cares about her patient's skin and informs them on options to provide care for their skin. She is a proactive provider, and I highly recommend her.

Actually I was confused about my appointment time and arrived early. I commented to one of the assistants that is been waiting quite a while, so he said he'd check with my doctor's team. Quite soon, one of Dr. Pickert's team came out to clarify my appointment time with me without making me feel foolish. Then I was taken in for treatment exactly at my appointment time even though it appeared to be a very busy day for the office. I appreciated the kindness. Also Dr. Pickert always gives me a thorough exam. I appreciate that since I've had both squamous cell and basal cell skin cancers in the past. She's very kind and takes an interest in my general health, too.

Dr. Pickert is a very nice person but also an excellent Dermatologist. My last visit came on me rather unexpected. Fortunately there was a patient who had cancelled and I was see the same day I called. Office staff is nice also.

Dr. Pickert was alert to change in one of my arms and took samples for lab study. In addition, she had me schedule a follow up exam in 6 months. Her reasons were explained clearly.

Annoying that I had to book a year and 3 months in advance to see Dr. Pickert. But happy that I was able to get in after a year using the wait list. Dr. Pickert is awesome! Happy, energetic, empathetic, skilled, professional. I couldn't ask for more with the exception of getting in sooner because I'm someone that needs 6 month check-ins. But when she moved to a new clinic I lost access to her until I heard she was still in the area so I quickly tried to book an appointment as I didn't like the service that I got after she left through the Portland Medical Clinic. So glad to have her back in my corner!

The only physician I have been able to see at Providence, is Dr. Amanda Pickert. She is by far, the most caring, efficient, and patient doctor I have ever seen. I have been very disappointed that I have been unable to schedule an appointment with a primary care physician, as there is not a primary care physician at Providence accepting new patients, and sadly my current primary physician is retiring at the end of January this year.
