I was a little nervous when I called to make an appointment and was told that the doctor was three months out for new patients. I did not want to wait three months for a 15 minute doctor visit for an issue that I felt needed to be seen much sooner than three months. The front desk person told me to call in on Monday to see if there has been any cancellations. I called the following Monday and was able to be seen the next day! Fast forward to my visit with Dr. Grinich. My only complaint about my appointment which isn't a complaint about the clinic or doctor necessarily was that the doctor let me ramble on and on about the issue might be from hygiene. The doctor did an amazing job explaining what was going on with my face and what to expect after applying the cream prescribed. A+ service from start to finish!

This was my first time visiting this facility. They were very efficient. I was called in early to my appointment. I really liked the doctor I visited. It did take 2 months to get a visit, but I have been experiencing really long waits (8 months for example) for provider visits with other medical offices.

Very knowledgeable and very friendly. Listens to questions and answers all concerns.

Found skin cancer needing follow up care

I was nervous about the procedure but the Dr. And assistant explained everything . That eased my mind dramatically.

An enjoyable experience, very satisfied

I'm crazy about Dr. Grinich. She listens and helps me understand what I need to do and why. My only issue has been getting an appointment in a decent time. When I called after getting an appointment almost a month out, I had to call the department because I couldn't take the itching and they gave me an appointment the next day. Calling the regular scheduling line is impossible to get a decent appointment. I was miserable. It took calling Dr. Grinich's dermatology office to get a good appointment.

My Doctor was helpful, friendly, and kind. She made a clear evaluation and what to look for between appointments. She had my next appointment set up while I was in her office. Easiest doctor to work with in a while. Thank you.

I was very impressed with Dr Grinich. Such positive energy, explained what was needed, the risks, and took care of my issues right there and then. She made me feel so comfortable and heard. The whole Reeds facility was so clean and nice, and everyone was so friendly and helpful, including her assistant with her at the time. I felt that Dr Grinich was very knowledgeable, and again, so positive. I appreciated her skills and knowledge in assisting me in this health concern

Considering doc resume states interest/holistic approach, received a cursory exam with little explanation. Possibly five minutes with full body exam felt rushed. Suggested new treatment with little input. Will not see again.

I appreciate Dr. Grinich's attentiveness to what I had to say and explained things to me in a way I could understand.

I love the Providence medical network. All doctors are wonderful, take the time to understand your problem or concern, and are very knowledgeable when working with you to solve an issue or concern.

All around this was a great visit from start to finish. There was no one at check out and I waited a good 5 minutes, my guess is maybe it was because I had an early morning appt.The nurse was fantastic and friendly and the provider listened, showed compassion and though it was a quick visit felt very througho

I am new with this dermatologist. I feel that she is wonderful, both personally and professionally. She excised a skin cancer. She drew me a picture of the procedure first and performed it well. The information about different types of topical treatments was appreciated. Such as ointments being more effective than creams. What to use on my hands for treatment being suitable in clearing up my hands, but other types of treatment would be more effective on other parts of the body.

Dr Grinnich listened to my concern about one skin concern, did a biopsy and as a result I have a mose (sp?) procedure scheduled.

The doctor made me feel like I was in good hands and explained the procedure and follow up in an easy manner to understand. She removed a mass on my head in a fast and as painless way which made a bad experience not so traumatic.

Dr Grinich was friendly and informative. I felt safe during the sensitive skin exam.
