Dr. Grinch is awesome and is easy to get in to see, always gets back to me when I call with questions or issues. She knows my issues and works on a plan to treat you and the follow up.

She seemed interested and proactive and listened to my concerns.

I was glad to find out there is a cream to use on my spots instead of the blue light treatment or having them frozen every year. Both are expensive. I have had those done at other dermatologists. Dr Grinich is my favorite. She has been very helpful.

Efficient and friendly

All of our Providence providers have been wonderful to us.

Doctor is cordial and timely. I have a lot of moles and know there is not enough time spent looking them all over. Some parts of my body were not checked.

She caught a melanoma in-situ that I never would have thought was a suspicious mole.

Medication that I took was prescribed from another doctor outside of Providence health care.I would highly recommend Dr . Erin Grinich

I had an excellent visit. The Dr's assistant greeted me, went over chart details & gave me very clear instructions & info. The Dr saw me right away, is friendly & approachable & very professional. Her staff is well trained & I had a very pleasant experience.

Always a positive experience and help

Dr Grinich responded thoroughly to my concern of my long-lasting toe fungus. She ensured that a liver lab was added to the blood lab that I had taken just hours previous, which saved an extra trip and blood draw. Once confirmed I was a good candidate she placed the prescription order and I was able to obtain it before I left town for a week. The order for a follow-up liver lab was placed at the same time. For the scheduling piece, the original Dermatologist referred was not available until April. I was told there could be a possibility of a cancellation at Reed's Crossing so I inquired and got an opening the next day with Dr. Grinich. I would like to stay with Dr. Grinich as she was very thorough and followed through quickly.

I was taken back 10 minutes early and finished so quickly. I left the office after seeing Dr. Grinich's medical assistant, seeing Dr. Grinich and stopping by the appointment desk only two minutes after my appointment time was supposed to begin. I also left feeling like I was taken care of completely. It was amazing.

Thank you for the quick attention to my needs that helped with my ability to do preventative items before they get worse. My primary doctor helped get the appointment this survey was discussing.I got an appointment the next day after my appointment with my primary doctor.

First time using this provider. She is very professional and personable. Knew my history and why I was there. Liked her very much. Would recommend her.

It could not be better.

Overall, it was a good experience. Past dermatologist took twice as much time to check my body. I found a new spot inferior to lateral malleus on one leg and it wasn't commented on. I play golf and just noticed after the visit. I would love a more thorough assessment. Patient rapport was very nice but appointment felt a bit rushed.

Erin G is fabulous. Very attentive and will explain answers to your questions in ways you can understand them. She will also give more literature to read up on so you are fully aware of medications and what not. Wish all doctors were like her.

And I really like that she walks into the room knowing why she's seen me in the past and what the visit it for. I also like that I feel like we're on the same page at the end of the visit.

I had an amazing experience, the Dr was very knowledgeable and put me at ease. The procedure was painless and quick.Only issue is she may have missed a small piece so I may need to come back to have it burned off. We will see if that's necessary or not.I would not hesitate to come back as everything was so great.
