As a dermatologist, I strive to partner with my patients to effectively identify and address their medical, surgical or cosmetic dermatologic concerns and needs. My goal is to provide each patient with the most up-to-date personalized evidence-based care possible. The health of our skin is at the mercy of our genetic composition and environmental factors. Through good skin care and preventative measures we can enhance skin health, potentially reducing the need for medical intervention. With the same high level of care that I would provide for my friends or family, I remain fully committed to helping my patients achieve optimal health of their skin, hair and nails.

I have to say, though, that this last visit he seemed hurried and I think he was scheduled at 15 minutes per patient. That's not his fault, that's the schedulers at Swedish. 15 minutes per person is rushed.

Everything was a 8/10 experience. My only concern was that I was on a cancellation list and at the last minute the time changed by 2 hours in the same day. Which was tough given the fact that I take the bus and that I do not drive. And he was late by a half hour. Which, him being slightly behind was totally ok given the fact that it appeared that something occurred that can not be planned for. And he takes great care with his patients. All those factors are extremely hard to control. And the nurses were so accommodating and kind to me. And Dr. Baze is fantastic at making sure that the skin condition is thoroughly investigated.I would recommend this provider to my friends and family.

I have experience in my time in Seattle with two dermatologists, one not in the Swedish Group. Dr. Baze In the Swedish Group is the best of the two, based on my impression. I thought he examined carefully my skin head to toe completely, found one important problem needing biopsy, immediately removed by freezing a few moles that I requested to be removed, and I'm happily going back for the necessary day minor surgery on the biopsy site within a month. Thanks to him and the Swedish process. Only problem is the multi-month wait time for the original appointment. I hope you can find some other dermatologists to reduce the backlog. On the other hand, Dr. Baze was worth the wait.
