Susan was very friendly and easy to talk to. I was expecting the actual exam to take longer than it did, so hopefully she addressed everything requiring attention!

She's a very good and caring provider. I have been her patient for years now. I go for my skin check once a year or more. She did 2 biopsies for possible skin cancer and followed the surgery l just had done the past couple of months.

This was an efficient and productive annual check-up with a knowledgeable and competent physician.

I believe this Doctor to be knowledgeable . . . Her manner is professional but cold . . . She is in an extreme hurry it seems and talks very fast, mostly interested in getting in and out of the visit fast. I had to interrupt her to ask my questions - which she had good answers to. Although I have seen her many times over a few years, she has made no attempt to connect or get to know me . . . I do feel like a number to her.

Dr Leu noticed a spot on my hand that I had forgotten to tell her about. The spot on my back she felt important to biopsy is a skin cancer. I am extremely grateful to her for tending to both of these spots.

Dr. Leu was very nice and knowledgeable. She diagnosed my rash immediately and had an easy cure for me. And she also spotted a mole, took measurements and pictures of it so my PCP and I can easily track and keep an eye on it. It was a great and efficient visit!

It was recommended, because of the increase of pre-cancerous spots on my face and neck, that we schedule appointments ever six months, we have now done that.

Not sure the provider knew my family history initially (melanoma Mom, Basal cell s cancer Dad) but they came back into the room and followed up on it making appropriate recommendations when they did know it. Very thorough skin check/ preventative care and very professional manner.

Dr. Leu is great but has a full schedule. I'm glad they finally are getting another dermo to help ease her load.,

Dr Susan Leu is a very good dermatologist and an expert on the needs I have. I saw her 3 years ago on a specific case and this visit is just a follow up on my aging conditions that she explained were NORMAL occurrence.

Appreciate that Dr Lue takes my skin condition very serious and has watch over me for several years. Pre skin cancer can be a serious condition. She continues to watch for new ways to control my condition.

Dr. Lue was pressed for time on this particular visit - the red tape and record entry, etc. That docs have to go through these days is not acceptable. Dr. Lue is an outstanding practitioner.

It had been two years since I last saw Dr. Susan Leu so there was the possibility of something concerning. Dr. Leu was able to verify that the biggest possible issues of concern -- my moles -- were not developing a problem. Also prescribed a medicine for what really was my biggest concern -- a pimple-like rash on the back of my left shoulder.

I did not feel rushed during my visit with the doctor !

She is one of the few Dr.'s who I see who teaches very well about your medications,related to skin care, Identification and prevention of skin cancers and other dermatoligical care, and practical care for everyday problems. It is very difficult and takes a long time to get a dermatology appointment. I thought this visit felt rushed, the doctor seemed not to have time to listen, and explain, and talked at me rather than to me. Patient manner could be improved.
