Great doctor great staff. I h a d a problem with bleeding from a previous biopsy on my forehead. The st a ff contacted me numerous times followed up and then got me in to see the doctor. Best dermatologist I have ever visited. Professional compassionate and a great sense of humor.

Went as I had hoped. Routine check up with great results. Will definitely come back for any additional needs.

Provider was very friendly, kind, and competent. I don't normally like to see male physicians but he made me very comfortable. The wait time from scheduling the appointment was really long - 5 months. I also had to wait a long time in the exam room. I arrived at 9:30 as instructed and sat in the exam room until 10:10 to be seen. I understand doctors are busy but it's frustrating to make an appointment and have such a long wait.

He was half an hour late after stressing how important it was for me to get there on time in handouts he was flustered when he came in administered a shot of lidocaine to me lip that hurt so bad I involuntarily yelled ow it hurt soo bad before the shot I asked him how big the needle was he said well it's a needle as he jammed it into my lip then left immediately after he took the skin tag off my lip I had no chance to ask him a couple of questions about two other concerns I had and I was booted out his assistant wasn't much better

I only had issues scheduling the appointment with the provider. I called the office 3 times to get a spot with the provider.

My provider was condescending and made me feel very rushed. He did not take my concerns very seriously and had a very condescending attitude, it felt like he was talking down to me. He also made me feel rushed so I was not able to ask all of my questions.

It ia always a very good experience! When I needed to see somebody when my primary care doctor was not available, they got me in the same day, which is great!!!

Doctor was patient and infomative

It was the first time I saw him. The appointment went great, he was attentive. I felt he heard me. The only problem I had was there was another man with him. He was not introduced to me. I had to change into a gown. I do not feel it was appropriate to have both of them in the room. I am living with CPTSD and was triggered.

During this appointment I felt like I was rushed in and out, and it felt like a whirlwind and I did not have any time to ask questions or be heard. There was almost no introduction, no conversation, and no conclusion. I was in and out in 3 minutes, which would be great if this were a nuisance, but I was in pain and wanted to make sure I was heard and respected. I don't think it is entirely the doctors fault, because I know he was probably slammed, but a little more care would have helped. The good part, was that the medication he prescribed seems to be working, but there was also an issue getting the prescription through, which is a different story.

Granted, my appointment was with a dermatologist. Thus, there was a three month wait period. However, Dr. Nymeyer and his team were all exceptional. Dr Nymeyer was very professional, knowledgeable and courteous. As well as attentive and well communicative.

Dr.Nymeyer identified a problem others had overlooked, set its remediation into motion immediately, and followed up by phone to make sure I understood what was happening and to make sure I was ok.

I waited in the waiting room for close to 45 minutes. After the medical assistant took me back to the exam room I waited again for close to one hour. The scheduled appointment was scheduled as a 15 minute appointment. Finally after the doctor came in the exam room he did broach the subject of him being late. The doctor did a quick exam, answered my questions. All in all the provider was in the exam room for approximately 7 minutes and his medical assistant answered more questions after he left. This was a disappointing visit. I had to take the day off work and drive over one hour to attend this appointment. After the lack of time and care I felt this visit was a waste of my time!

All care and attention to my needs exceeds my expectations

This was my first visit with Dr. Nymeyer. I liked him and trusted his diagnosis. I have a follow-up appointment in 6 months. I gave him a 9 because I've only seen him once. I think he may rate a 10 as I get to know him.

Efficient and effective care.

Miscommunication and understanding of when meditation was to be taken failed. Instructions for the next step in health care outlined better.

Dr was very quick & straight forward. I wanted my skin checked & he did. Found one tiny possible issue on my back & took a sample to have tested.

Dr was very knowledgeable and looked into things I had never considered were affecting me before.

Excessive wait in exam room. The doctor was polite but not helpful and dismissive.

I appreciated the fact that Dr. Nymeyer was empathetic and was very sharp. He was clearly well versed in the most recent developments in therapies and treatments. I was so impressed that I suggested to my wife that she should have a consult with him.

I was able to get an appointment in a timely manner. The receptionist was very friendly. The nursing assistant was thorough, knowledgeable and pleasant. The doctor was personable, efficient, skilled and knowledgeable. It was a good experience.

Even with an urgent referral it took over 3 months to get an appointment at any of the 3 Swedish dermatology clinics. Dr Nymeyer seemed nice but overworked and tired, didn't really ask questions or spend time trying to figure out my issue.

Dr. Nymeyer did not give me time to discuss my concerns. He spent as little time as possible with me and didn't invite questions. I was not able to talk about multiple things that I had hoped to address. I felt rushed and unimportant.

In all of my appts, I was treated very good . I love all of my care teams.

I found Dr. Nymeyer to be pretty unpleasant. I don't know if it was because he was late, or it was his nature, but he seemed like he was rushing and dismissive. He was a perfect representation of doctors I don't like seeing. I felt like I was just being shuffled through and he had an air of arrogance. I came to see him about a spot on my chin and before I could even show him where it was he wiped off the makeup from a pimple I had on the side of my chin and said, "Ha, this?" He looked down my underwear without giving me any warning, during the body/mole scan. He barely stayed in the room long enough for me to ask questions about a wart I was thinking about getting removed, and left me with the medical assistant. She was really sweet as if to make up for it, and answered my questions. But by the end I felt icky and just wanted to get out of there.

It just felt like a very quick body scan and I have many brown spots, etc. I guess I felt the exam would have taken more time.

My needs were met with care and came to a successful conclusion.

I was nervous going into this appointment and the medical assistant sat me down and explained the visit. When the doctor came in we sat and talked about the reason for this appointment and the importance of this appointment. I really felt at ease and relaxed after our talk. He and his team are exceptional.

Booked out extremely far in advance, which has been my experience with every Swedish practitioner. Makes it impossible to build up a base with any care giver and diagnose anything in reasonable timeframes. He was also quite rude and just shook my hand and walked out when he had answered my initial questions without actually asking if I had any others. In general had the demeanor of just wanting to get me out of there, which is also consistent with all of my other Swedish experiences in the past year.

I felt very Comfortable with the doctor and confident that all my concerns were addressed, and the doctor had a helpful suggestions for possible prescriptions that could help one of my conditions.

He made no effort to establish rapport. His manner was abrupt and uncaring. He didn't seem interested in understanding my concerns or responding to them.

Seemed like a very competent doctor; he made me comfortable in what could have been a vulnerable -feeling appointment.

He was very good telling me about what is going on with my issues with my hair and nail problems.

Dr Nymeier takes time to listen to my concerns and consistently follows up to previous complaints to make sure treatment is successful. His warm demeanor always brings a smile to my face

Was there for cryotherapy on an AK on my face. Treatment was thorough, he also did some smaller spots, but at the end I asked if I should stay out of the sun, and he said "Don't worry about it." He provided me with no aftercare advice, nor did the staff give me any kind material or advice on aftercare. I went online when I got home and found advice from major clinics. It turned out that I have to avoid the sun, and there were other wound care steps to follow. Again, the treatment was very competent as far as I could tell, but I'll never go back there again.

It was a relief to finally have a diagnosis

The provider, Dr. Nymeyer, was excellent, great demeanor, answered all my questions. Didn't feel like he was dismissive at all like I have with some other Swedish providers. I feel hopeful he'll be able to help me with my condition.Wait time was quite long, but I think that was because they book him with so many patients. In addition, I didn't love that when I made the appointment they stressed that my appointment was for 15 minutes, which made me feel rushed. Even though the provider didn't make me feel this was the case, it was in the back of my mind.

The doctor only saw me for about 3 minutes, proceeded to barely tell me what condition I had and then proceeded to leave the room. He instructed the nurse to check me out of the room and I had to ask the nurse to please bring the doctor back because I had questions and the appointment was scheduled for 15 minutes. The nurse didn't want to call the doctor implying that he had a procedure with another patient that was more important than my appointment and told me to contact him through my chart when I was already there and had spent a month and a half waiting for the appointment plus time off from work. She proceeded to call the doctor back in after I told her that the appointment was 15 minutes long. The doctor sighed and came back to answer my questions in a poor manner. These appointments are EXPENSIVE and schedule way far in advance for the doctors not to spend the designated time with the patient. It's VERY DISRESPECTFUL after the patient has to wait and spend time off their jobs to come to an office to get care. I advise this doctor to ACTUALLY SPEND TIME WITH THEIR PATIENTS.

Horrible. 30 mins late. Unprofessional- touched my leg. His staff didn't have access to my medical records and had no idea or concern that I didn't see them after they left the room. The worst provider I've ever seen. Would never recommend him. Infuriating that they say you can't be 5 mins late and this guy is 30 MINUTES LATE. He barely apologized. Unacceptable. He was just sitting in his office before seeing me- he wasn't even seen a patient. What is he still working there? He clearly doesn't care about patients. I feel angry to be so disrespected to this provider and his entire staff. I've already written a poor review for him elsewhere and his reviews aren't good on those sites either. I've never been promoted to provide a review for a Swedish provider so this indicates to me that you, whomever is sending us this survey, know he's a terrible provider. Do something about it.

The entire staff was very welcoming and friendly which means a lot! They were also running on time. This exceeded my expectations, and put me at ease. It was an excellent experience for establishing a baseline, and new provider experience. I'm grateful to see Dr. Nymeyer and this office for routine skin care moving forward!

I don't appreciate getting treated like a piece of livestock.

My provider heard my issue, physically examined, listened to my concerns about medication interaction, and provided me with a solution. I appreciate solutions provided in first visit, especially in dermatology where follow up appts. Can take months.
