Dr. Chen treated a skin condition I'd been struggling with for months and had seen 2 urgent care providers about in the last 4 weeks. She immediately recognized what was wrong, switched my medications, provided detailed self-care instructions, and aligned with me on a plan to return if the condition didn't improve. Within 48 hours I knew she had been completely correct in her diagnosis. When I called with my concerns about a seemingly benign keratosis that had become hard and painful, Dr. Chen fit me in within a week. She agreed it looked suspicious. She removed the entire thing and sent it off for a biopsy, which came back showing squamous cell carcinoma. I'm grateful. She is respectful, kind, funny, and incredibly efficient. I appreciate her so much!
