Jenae Hawkins, RDN, CDCES, LD

Jenae Hawkins, RDN, CDCES, LD received her Bachelor of Science in Nutrition and Food Sciences with a general in Dietetics at California State University Chico and completed her Dietetic Internship at California State University, Fresno. She has worked as a dietitian and nutrition educator since 2010 in acute care, outpatient counseling, weight loss programs, and diabetes education. Since joining Providence in 2021, Jenae's expertise has led her to work in both inpatient and outpatient settings. Jenae enjoys connecting with her patients and loves developing individualized treatment and life-style plans for them. She also enjoys teaching how food can help heal the body and is motivating and encouraging about this. A foodie at heart, she enjoys good food and the culture surrounding it. Outside of work Jenae will be found exploring the West Coast with her husband and 2 kids. Most pf the time they are outdoors: hiking, camping, swimming, Alpine skiing, and sledding.
