Christina Heiberg, RD, CDCES

Christina Heiberg, RD, CDCES, decided to become a Registered Dietitian because she enjoys working with people to assist them in making changes to eating and activity habits to improve their health. She enjoys listening to her patient’s stories and learning more about their traditions and cultures. In her practice, Christina loves those “ah ha” moments, when patients see the light and are able to self-identify those action plans which help them achieve their long term health goals. Christina earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Nutrition and Food Management; Dietetics from Oregon State University. She completed her dietetic internship at Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, California. Christina is board certified as a Certified Diabetes Care & Education Specialist. Originally from a small farming community in Northern California, Christina loves spending time outdoors and cooking with her family. Prior to having their first child, Christina and her husband were avid travelers. Since having her daughter two years ago, they have continued to explore the world as a family of three. They will be adding to the clan this fall.
